Returns and Exchanges
We offer returns or exchanges on any unworn, unwashed, merchandise within 30 days from the purchase date.
After 30 days from the purchase date, all sales are FINAL.
We do not conduct price adjustments for items that may go on sale.
All sales are final on discontinued or clearance merchandise. Casa Zeta~Jones® Active is not responsible for return shipping costs, nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
Should a return be necessary because of an error on the part of Casa Zeta~Jones® Active, Casa Zeta~Jones® Active will pay for the return shipping cost and the cost of the replacement shipping fees.
We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. All refunds will be credited back to the card used on the original order or issued as a gift card as requested.
How To Return For Refund or Exchange:
1. Confirm you are following guidelines from above by emailing us at email@example.com
2. We will then email you a return/exchanges form to fill out.
3. Send form and product to the return address.
4. Upon confirmation that returned product meets return requirements, Casa Zeta~Jones® Active will issue refund or ship out the requested items.
***RECOMMENDED FOR EXCHANGES***
Instead of exchanging your items, make a new purchase while you simultaneously “Return for Refund” the original items. “Return for Exchange” may take up to a week to process, and you run the risk of the newly requested items to be out of stock.
We do not have the capability to manage or process backorders at this time.
